The pulse cannon is a rather unknown (and unused) cannon due to the fact it can sometimes crash the game. Creates a bubble like object that if a ship is in will be shot away. Its like a giant force bubble that disables engines sometimes and pushes it away with great force.
It is a fully functional cannon though, with the exeption of the percentage of the game crashing as you place it.
