Basic Info Edit
The Missile Module are a high damage, high energy cost, and high reload Weapons System. Without Computer slaved to them, these Missiles will only fly in a straight line after being fired. They will not target other ships.
The Missile Module is sold at the shop for 1,500 credits; the Missile Computer is 15,000 Credits. Also, you can get it from salvaging ships. The third and most complex way is to gather resources and build it in a factory.
Like with all the other weapon systems in Starmade, the Missile Module profits from a group. Meaning, the more Modules you connect to each other, the better the missile will be. A big group will offer higher damage and higher energy consumption.
The Missile Module needs to be linked to a Missile Computer on your vessel. Without the CPU, you will not be able to use the Missile Arrays. Once you place a CPU and add the Arrays, you can see if they are linked. Once the Array's get a purple outline, they are linked. By pressing 'T' you can add the Missile Computer to your hotbar.
